Statement of Intent and Nondisclosure Agreement

The Lockout Specialist Course contains information about locksmithing techniques and procedures that is intended only for locksmiths, serious students of locksmithing, and legitimate hobbyists. In addition, the Course contains business information that is proprietary to the locksmithing trade and to LBT Locksmithing. Every effort will be made to restrict this information to honest, law-abiding citizens. As a condition of sale, the buyer must agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. The buyer affirms that he/she is at least 18 years of age.

2. The buyer affirms that he/she has never been convicted of any crime related to the forcible entry of a dwelling, automobile, or other structure. The buyer authorizes LBT Locksmithing to verify this information.

3. The buyer affirms that he/she will disclose Course information only to business partners and/or employees, and will not reproduce the Course by any means, in whole or part.

4. The buyer affirms that, by ordering the Course, he/she is in compliance with all federal, state and/or local laws, ordinances, and covenants, and will use the course and its information only in a manner that complies with all aforementioned laws and with established good business practices.
